Not only does CED seek to provide financial support, but also to provide an environment conducive to the development of entrepreneurship.
The winning teams will receive a maximum of BDT 500,000 each as “Seed Fund” as interest free loan for three (3) years for implementing their business plan and getting their ideas off the ground. In exchange of obtaining the seed funds, each team has to enter into a formal agreement with CED. Each team would run their business under close observation and supervision of CED-BRACU’s “Business Incubation Centre” which would look after and provide necessary guidance and assistance to the teams for developing their ventures.
